  • 1/2 c. Cilantro (Per plate/bowl, freshly chopped)
  • 1 Green Onion (Per plate/bowl, sliced)
  • 2-3 tbsp. Peanuts (Per plate/bowl, dry roasted)

Skillet Chicken:



  • First, use a medium skillet to season and cook the thawed piece of chicken.
  • Next, place the chopped cabbage, cilantro, and onions in a bowl and toss gently.
  • Top with the warm cooked chicken and dry roasted peanuts.
  • Lastly, mix the dressing ingredients in a small container.
