  • First, use a medium skillet to season and cook the thawed piece of chicken.
  • Start by making the marinade to season the thawed chicken breast.
  • Once you are finished letting it marinade, cook it in a skillet or use a countertop grill to cook the chicken.
  • Next, place the chopped cabbage and cilantro in a small to medium sized bowl.
  • Once you add the cooked piece of chicken, you can add the salad toppings.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients in a small container and pour the dressing over the low carb Asian chicken salad.
