Preheat Oven: 350.
Place blackberries in a small mixing bowl.
Then, add the remaining cobbler filling ingredients. Stir well and then distribute the blackberry cobbler mixture evenly in the baking dish. Set aside.
Now add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and monk fruit to another small mixing bowl to make the cobbler. Stir until blended.
Next, add the remaining wet ingredients to the cobbler crust and stir until a paste is formed.
Now you can use a small spoon to scoop the cobbler dough across the top of the blackberry cobbler filling. You can use a spoon to level any high peaks. The cobbler crust should be about the same thickness (as seen in the middle picture) to ensure it cooks evenly.
Place the baking dish in the oven. Let bake 20 -25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool somewhat before serving.
