  • Preheat Oven: 350.
  • Place blackberries in a small mixing bowl.
  • Then, add the remaining cobbler filling ingredients. Stir well and then distribute the blackberry cobbler mixture evenly in the baking dish. Set aside.
  • Now add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and monk fruit to another small mixing bowl to make the cobbler. Stir until blended.
  • Next, add the remaining wet ingredients to the cobbler crust and stir until a paste is formed.
  • Now you can use a small spoon to scoop the cobbler dough across the top of the blackberry cobbler filling. You can use a spoon to level any high peaks. The cobbler crust should be about the same thickness (as seen in the middle picture) to ensure it cooks evenly.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven. Let bake 20 -25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool somewhat before serving.
