  • Whisk the eggs with water, onion powder, and garlic powder. Set aside.
  • Then slice or mince the black olives, garlic, and onions as needed.
  • Now use a skillet to cook the fresh garlic and fresh onions in olive oil over medium heat.
  • After about 1 minute add the egg mixture and sprinkle the eggs with the pieces of olives. You can add the salt and feta cheese at this point (as wanted).
  • When cooked, add the feta cheese and the fresh oregano leaves.
