Scrambled Eggs With Sausage And Cheese
Delicious scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage!
Start by preparing your pork sausage. If you are using a frozen pork sausage patty, place it in the microwave long enough to thaw.
Once thawed, dice the sausage patty into pieces until you have what is needed for the recipe.
Next, place the eggs in a small bowl with heavy whipping cream, basil and oregano. Whisk together well.
Place the diced or cooked ground pork sausage in the skillet with a little oil over medium heat to start coating the skillet with oil.
Then, pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the cooked pork sausage and add the cubed cheddar cheese.
Use the spatula to gently push the eggs toward the center of the skillet until the scrambled eggs are cooked to your liking.
