  • Add water. coffee, milk, creamer, and MCT Oil (or Unrefined Coconut Oil) to a small pot.
  • Stir occasionally while bringing the mixture to a light boil over medium-high heat.
  • Add one tea bag to the mixture and cover with a lid to let steep for about 3 minutes.
  • Use a spoon to press the tea bag. This will help you intensify the flavor by extracting more chai tea from the bag.
  • Next, remove tea bag and pour the latte mixture into a medium-sized coffee cup.
  • And finally, add turmeric, black pepper, and cinnamon.
  • Stir and enjoy the turmeric chai latte while it is still warm.
