  • Add unsweetened coconut milk to a microwave safe dish.
  • Microwave on high for 2 – 3 minutes until hot.
  • Place cacao powder in a large coffee cup.
  • Slowly pour the hot milk over the cacao powder.
  • Whisk or stir until well-blended.
  • Add vanilla extract. Stir.
  • Add xylitol to add more taste.
  • Or, top with a few marshmallows (if you must).
