Add unsweetened coconut milk to a microwave safe dish.
Microwave on high for 2 – 3 minutes until hot.
Place cacao powder in a large coffee cup.
Slowly pour the hot milk over the cacao powder.
Whisk or stir until well-blended.
Add vanilla extract. Stir.
Add xylitol to add more taste.
Or, top with a few marshmallows (if you must).
