  • Start by slicing your cherry tomatoes in half until you have 2 cups full.
  • Place the cherry tomato halves in a small mixing bowl.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar, sugar free pancake syrup and mustard. Stir well.
  • Next add the minced garlic, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Stir.
  • And lastly, add and stir in the olive oil to seal in all the flavors.
