Easy Cherry Tomato Salad
Start by slicing your cherry tomatoes in half until you have 2 cups full.
Place the cherry tomato halves in a small mixing bowl.
Add the apple cider vinegar, sugar free pancake syrup and mustard. Stir well.
Next add the minced garlic, black pepper, and fresh parsley. Stir.
And lastly, add and stir in the olive oil to seal in all the flavors.
