  • 4 Chicken Legs (Thawed)
  • 8 oz. Diced Tomato (Canned)
  • 1/4 tsp. Mediterranean Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp. Basil Leaves
  • 1 tsp. Oregano Leaves
  • 1 tsp. Garlic (Fresh, Minced)


  • Start by seasoning the chicken legs with salt, basil, oregano, and garlic. Let the chicken marinade for an hour or just set aside for a moment while you prepare the skillet.
  • Place the medium skillet on the stove and add the canned diced tomatoes with its juice. Use a spoon to spread the diced tomatoes across the pan evenly.
  • Next place the chicken legs on top of the diced tomatoes. Set the burner temperature to a low-medium.
  • Place a tight fitting lid on the skillet and let it cook for about 30 minutes or until the chicken cooked.
  • Move the tomato basil chicken around in the skillet every 5-10 minutes just to make sure the chicken is all cooking at the same rate.
  • Once done, you can serve it on a plate with one of your favorite low carb side dishes.
