  • 1 1/2 c. Spinach Leaves (Fresh)
  • 1 Egg (Boiled)
  • Purple Onion (Sliced)
  • 2 Bacon Slices (Cooked)


  • Place fresh spinach leaves on a plate.
  • Then sprinkle sliced purple onions over the top of the spinach leaves.
  • Add the peeled boiled egg to the side of the leaves.
  • Pour a warm vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss lightly.
  • Add your precooked slices of bacon to the top.
  • Enjoy immediately.
