Low Carb Potatoes & Sausage
Quick & easy sauteed dish.
- 6 oz. Radishes (Cut into 1/4 pieces)
- 14 oz. Turkey Sausage (Sliced)
- 1/2 c. Bell Pepper (Sliced)
- 1/2 c. Yellow Onions (Sliced)
- 2 tsp. Garlic (Minced)
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 c. Water
Place a medium skillet with a well fitting lid on the stove top.
Remove lid and add radishes, sausages, green bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
Next, add the olive oil and sea salt (as needed).
Pour a little water in the skillet and then set your stove top burner to a medium heat setting.
Cover with a lid and stir every five minutes.
Allow to cook until the radishes are soft and the meat is hot and/or cooked as needed.
