Phase 1: Weight Loss Coaching Program
The phase 1 weight loss coaching program uses what we like to call the “no brainer” approach to dieting. Of course, you will have to learn how and what to eat, but the “No Brainer Approach to Dieting” Coaching program simplifies weight loss. The phase 1 weight loss coaching program includes six weeks of customized coaching. The format is based on the dieting principles outlined in The Super Easy Diet Plan.
In this way, you will learn how to adjust eating habits without counting and calculating every single thing you eat. That is why we call our phase 1 weight loss coaching program the “no brainer” approach to losing weight and keeping it off.
