Keep in mind that this sample low carb diet menu does not take your height, weight, level of activity, or any health problems into consideration. Therefore, depending on your current height, weight, and level of activity, you may need to eat more or less food than the sample menu.

Therefore, a tall and really active person may not get enough calories from using this low carb diet menu. They will have to adjust it for their dietary needs. In contrast, a short, lean person that lives a sedentary life may actually gain a few pounds if they eat everything on the menu.
