Sunday:
Breakfast – Low Carb Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit
Lunch – Low Carb Spinach Salad w/Warm Vinaigrette Dressing
Dinner – Bunless Low Carb Hamburger
Monday:
Breakfast – Moringa Latte + Light–N–Fit Greek Yogurt, 1 Boiled Egg
Lunch – Low Carb Biscuit Burger
Dinner – Burger & Cheese Patty + Spinach Side Salad
Tuesday:
Breakfast – Healthy Avocado Egg Omelette
Lunch – Low Carb Mexican Chicken Salad
Dinner – Low Carb Spaghetti Squash
Wednesday:
Breakfast – Low Carb Sausage Kolache
Lunch – Low Carb Spaghetti Squash
Dinner – Low Carb Asian Black Pepper Chicken + Sauteed Chicken Cabbage
Thursday:
Breakfast – Ham & Cheese Kolache
Lunch – Low Carb Asian Black Pepper Chicken + Sauteed Chicken Cabbage
Dinner – Low Carb Chili (Spicy Zucchini Chili)
Friday:
Breakfast – Bullet Proof Coffee Drink / Recipe, 1 Boiled Egg, 1 Slice Bacon
