Keto Thickeners
Keto thickeners are a great way to put the final touch on your keto soups, stews, pies, and cobblers. However, some keto thickeners work better in different recipes than others. For example, psyllium husk is the keto thickener of choice for most of my keto donut recipes. Unflavored gelatin is of course the keto thickener of choice for homemade keto gummy bears and things like this keto cobbler recipe. Chia seeds are very gelatinous, so I used this is some of my keto oatmeal cookbook recipes for diabetics.
