This homemade soy milk is for those that like drinking strawberry milk or probably more accurately like drinking strawberry protein shakes! This soy milk recipe can be prepared easily in two different ways. You can prepare a strict keto soy milk recipe in a very similar way to the homemade vanilla soy milk. Simply add a strawberry extract instead of the vanilla extract and add 2-3 drops of red food coloring. I happened to use and like the McCormick’s strawberry extract and the McCormick’s red food coloring.

With no fresh strawberries involved the strawberry extract version of the strawberry soy milk recipe is super easy and strictly keto. If you are completely new to drinking soy milk, keep in mind that soy milk has its own unique flavor that does not disappear with an extract. Therefore, the strawberry extract version of the strawberry soy milk recipe will taste like a strawberry flavored soy milk.

So, if you are new to drinking homemade soy milk, the strawberry soy milk made with fresh strawberries may be the recipe for you. It is sweet and creamy and tastes just like a delicious strawberry milk. And, with a sugar substitute used to sweeten the milk, it is still keto.

  • Vanilla – The vanilla extract is optional. However, it does make this yummy strawberry soy milk taste just that much better.
  • Sweetener – You can use whatever sugar substitute that you prefer. This recipe is actually sweetened with a sugar free syrup. However, the monk fruit in the raw is another delicious option.

This is a fresh homemade soy milk without any preservatives, fillers, or emulsifiers. Therefore, the milk will very likely separate in the refrigerator. So, do not be alarmed by the separation, the milk should still be just as tasty and delicious after a few days in a cold refrigerator.
