The recipe for this raspberry lemonade keto gummy bears recipe includes gelatin, flavoring, water, and vitamin c powder.

  • Gelatin – An unflavored gelatin powder is used in this keto gummy bear recipe. Gelatin is a type of highly beneficial collagen that supports the health of our skin, hair, joints, and nails. It works in combination with Vitamin C. Therefore, many of the keto gummy bears recipes include vitamin C powder. You can use a basic Knox gelatin or the supplementary Vital Proteins beef gelatin to make the gummies.
  • Flavoring – The flavoring is a sugar free raspberry lemonade drink mix packet. You can use any brand that you like. The nutrition facts will vary based upon the brand of drink mix that you buy. So, just check the label and that should basically be the nutritional value for these keto gummy bears plus any vitamin c and protein added from the collagen.
  • Water – Since the keto gummy bears are not cooked, a bottled distilled water is used.
  • Vitamin C – There are numerous vitamin C health benefits that you can capture with these keto gummy bears. Therefore, a plain unflavored and unenhanced vitamin C powder is incorporated into this raspberry lemonade keto gummy bears recipe. The vitamin c powder makes the gummy bears a little more sour in taste than when it is not added. So, you can adjust the amount as needed or wanted.
