Therefore, when eating the popsicle you get the tart taste on one side and the sweet taste on the other. On the other hand, when I made a second batch of popsicles using a vertical popsicle mold, the end of the popsicles were tart, while the base of the popsicle was sweeter. I enjoy tart and sour popsicles, so both were okay with me. However, I think I preferred the horizontal popsicle version more.
