It is really warming up, so I decided to make some keto blueberry popsicles! They are made with all fresh ingredients. So they are super refreshing in a variety of ways. These keto blueberry popsicles will not only cool you off, they will give your immune system a boost with all the Vitamin C and minerals that many of us need. These keto blueberry popsicles are made with fresh blueberries, fresh lime juice, apple cider vinegar with mother, and sugar-free syrup. The blueberries are what gives the main taste and color. However, they contribute a little natural sugar as well. The lime juice gives it that welcomed tartness and an additional boost of Vitamin C. Apple cider vinegar is also sour and tart. So, when you mix all this together with the sweetness of the blueberries and the sugar free syrup you get a really refreshing and delightful sweet and tart combination.

  • Blend the blueberries in a food processor until smooth like a smoothie.
  • Then add the water, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, and syrup with the blended blueberries.
  • Stir or blend this mixture together well. Then pour the mixture into your popsicle mold.
  • Place in the freezer and let freeze for at least 3 – 4 hours.
