American cheese has a really nice flavor that I like, so it is what I used. However, a shredded cheddar cheese or even a mozzarella cheese can be used (just to mention a couple). The garlic powder and onion powder adds just enough savory flavor to make this feel like a real meal that can be eaten anytime when in a pinch for time.

  • Crack the four eggs in a small mixing bowl.
