Cereal School Review
I am providing you with a cereal school review, because, as many of you know, I have a thing about making sure people on a low carb diet have breakfast ideas! Since I have been on a low carb diet for several years now, I know that finding a good traditional low carb breakfast to eat use to be a real struggle! Because, for a long period of time, some things were just completely off limits…like cereal. Well, not anymore! You can actually buy keto cereal.

I was compensated for this Cereal School review, however, it is a well-designed low carb, keto, diabetic product that I think many of you will really enjoy learning more about and perhaps even trying!
The Cereal School is a company that specializes in making convenient, on-the-go, keto, low carb cereals for diabetics. Most cereals are full of grains, flours, starches and sugars. Therefore, the average non-keto cereal contains about 10g of sugar and 25g of carbohydrates which will cause blood sugar levels to rise. The Cereal School has managed to formulate a keto cereal that has only 1g net carbs. Keep reading to find out more in my cereal school review.
With delicious keto cereal flavors like peanut butter, apple pie, cookies & cream, cinnamon bun and more you may wonder how is this possible?! The cereal is sweetened with allulose, which is a “rare sugar” that is only found in a few foods. Allulose is a unique sugar in that it does not raise blood sugar levels. Because of its chemical structure, the body does not even realize that it is a carb. So, the body does not attempt to use allulose. Therefore, instead of being absorbed by the body (like most sugars) for energy, allulose is simply excreted in the urine. As a result, small amounts of allulose does not increase your blood sugar levels, nor does it increase your need for insulin.
This cereal is made with a skim milk protein isolate which mean that it is lactose (a milk sugar) free. Because of this, you are left with an almost pure protein cereal, without all the carbs or fat that you would get from a traditional milk containing lactose. Protein is important for keeping our hair, nails, skin, and teeth strong, so I am really impressed with this aspect of the keto cereal as well. So, I had to include this in my cereal school review.
Gluten & Grain Free
If you are on the Low Carb Diet Life diet to reverse type 2 diabetes, you have likely already learned that flours and grains are high carb foods. Well, The Cereal School’s cereal is gluten-free and grain-free. Since the body does not recognize allulose to be a sugar, these convenient, on-the-go, high protein keto cereal has only 1G NET CARBS. Therefore, it is definitely ideal for anyone on the keto diet, low carb diet, or diabetic diet to reverse type 2 diabetes.
One last thing that I will mention in my cereal school review is the convenient on-the-go, portion control sized bags. This keto cereal comes in 100 calorie sized bags that you can pour your unsweetened almond milk directly into. So, there is nothing to clean up afterwards. Alternatively, you can just eat them straight from the bag without anything added to them. I hope you enjoyed my cereal school review.
