Turmeric Ginger Lemonade Recipe
This refreshing turmeric ginger lemonade recipe is full of health benefits! It is the perfect drink after a long hard day. However, this turmeric ginger lemonade recipe may be particularly beneficial for anyone with an inflammatory condition, stiff achy joints, headache or stomach ache. Serving Size: 2 Cups
- 2 c. Distilled Water
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. “Feel Good” Turmeric Powder
- 1/8 tsp. Organic Ginger Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Monk Fruit in The Raw
- Warm 2 cups of bottled water on the stove or in the microwave.
- Then, add fresh squeezed lemon juice, turmeric powder, ginger powder, and monk fruit to the warm water.
- Stir until all ingredients are blended well.
- Lastly, pour the turmeric ginger lemonade over ice.
Turmeric will automatically gravitate to the bottom of the cup. So, I typically stir with a spoon or straw before each sip. Otherwise, all the good stuff will be concentrated at the bottom of your drink.
