This minced beef omelette recipe is easy when you set aside a little cooked minced beef from the night before. Then, you can easily almost grab and go out the door with your breakfast in the morning.

This minced beef omelette is made using one medium egg. However, keep in mind that we are all in a different phase of our low carb diet weight loss journey! So, by all means double, triple, and quadruple these recipes as needed to meet your dietary needs. It would also go great on our keto low carb bagel biscuit shown in the picture above.

Minced Beef Omelette

Serves: 1 | Microwave: 1 Min

Ingredients:

1 Medium Egg

3 – 4 Tbsp. Cooked Ground Beef

2 Tbsp. Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Green Onion or Cilantro

Preparation:

  1. Blend egg white(s) and yolk(s) together.
  2. Next, evenly distribute the cooked ground beef on top.
  3. Then, add shredded mild cheddar cheese.
  4. Place in the microwave until cooked.
  5. Remove from the microwave and top with a little green onion or chives.
