This minced beef omelette recipe is easy when you set aside a little cooked minced beef from the night before. Then, you can easily almost grab and go out the door with your breakfast in the morning.

This minced beef omelette is made using one medium egg. However, keep in mind that we are all in a different phase of our low carb diet weight loss journey! Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp. Ground Beef (Cooked)
  • 2 tbsp. Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 tsp. Green Onions (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend egg whites and yolks together.
  • Next, evenly distribute the cooked ground beef on top of the egg mixture.
  • Then, add shredded mild cheddar cheese.
  • Place in the egg mixture in the microwave until cooked (about 1.5 -2 minutes).
  • Remove from the microwave and top with a little green onion or chives.

Notes

The mayonnaise contributes to the taste, but it is mainly for making the microwave omelette have a lighter and fluffier texture.
