However, if you prefer fresh mushrooms, you can definitely add some fresh sliced baby portabello mushrooms.

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
2 Tbsp. Sliced Mushrooms (Jar)
Dash of Garlic Powder
Dash of Black Pepper
Preparation:
- Use a palm-sized round microwave safe container.
- Add eggs and mayonnaise to the container.
- Whisk until the egg yolks, egg whites, and mayonnaise have blended together well.
- Next, stir in the garlic and black pepper.
- Then, add the cheese and the mushrooms.
- Gently stir the ingredients to this keto mushroom omelette recipe together.
- Place the dish in the microwave for 1 – 2 minutes until the omelette is cooked.
