However, if you prefer fresh mushrooms, you can definitely add some fresh sliced baby portabella mushrooms.

- 1 tbsp. Monterey Jack Cheese (Shredded)
- 2 tbsp. Mushrooms (Sliced)

- 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper

- Use a palm-sized round microwave safe container.
- Add eggs and mayonnaise to the container.
- Whisk until the egg yolks, egg whites, and mayonnaise are blended together well.
- Next, stir in the garlic and black pepper.
- Then, add the cheese and the mushrooms.
- Gently stir the keto mushroom omelette ingredients together.
- Place the dish in the microwave for 1 – 2 minutes until the omelette is cooked.
