Keto Chicken Spinach Alfredo

Serves: 4 | Stove: Medium | Time: 25 mins

Ingredients:

4 Boneless Chicken Breast or Thighs

Seasoning: Cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt

16 oz. Bag Fresh Spinach Leaves

1 Small Roma Tomato (optional)

1 Tsp. Minced Garlic

1 – 2 C. Alfredo Sauce

Preparation:

  1. Place thawed chicken in a medium skillet.
  2. Season both sides of the meat with cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning salt.
  3. With chicken breast, add a little water and olive oil to keep the meat from sticking.
  4. Cover the skillet with a lid and place it on the stove over medium heat.
  5. Let the meat cook halfway through on one side and then flip each piece of the meat to allow the other side to cook.
  6. Once the meat is cooked, add fresh spinach, minced garlic, and fresh diced tomato.
  7. Add a little more water as needed.
  8. Once the spinach starts to cook down, you can add the Alfredo sauce before stirring to blend the ingredients well.
  9. Cover with a lid. Let simmer for another five minutes or so until the spinach finishes cooking.
