Fresh Garlic Spinach Side Dish
This is a really fresh garlic spinach side dish that will taste great with chicken, fish, or shrimp. As a dark green leafy vegetable, spinach is a low carb vegetable approved for both a keto and low carb diet. Therefore, among other things, this fresh garlic spinach side dish is a tasty way to increase your fiber and vitamin C.
This fresh garlic spinach side dish is one of my favorite “go-to” meals after a long day. It can easily be turned into a delicious meal by cooking with a few strips of bacon, chicken, or shrimp.
I included a few pieces of fresh Roma tomato just to add a bit more color to this side dish. However, those on a keto diet can easily omit the Roma tomato to reduce your carbs. You will notice only a minor change in the taste. One of my favorite ways to saute a fresh garlic spinach side dish is in chicken fat. It provides this low carb side dish with an incredible flavor!
Nevertheless, it is still quite tasty when you saute it in extra virgin olive oil or chicken broth. So, I hope you find your favorite version of this fresh garlic spinach side dish!
