This low carb apple cider vinegar drink recipe can be enjoyed winter, spring, summer, or fall. However, with allergies springing up, I decided today would be a good day to prepare a low carb apple cider vinegar drink recipe. Cough syrups are often full of carbohydrates that can spike your sugar level when on a keto diet. Therefore, this recipe is a nice alternative to drinking a cough syrup medicine.

While there are many additional health benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar, this is a low carb apple cider vinegar drink recipe for fighting a cold. Apple Cider Vinegar “with mother” is a powerful phlegm-buster. Therefore, it can make your cough productive and reduce sinus pressure. Therefore, if you are drinking this recipe to remedy a cold, keep your Kleenex handy.

I started this low carb apple cider vinegar drink recipe by adding Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar “with mother.” Therefore, on a good day, it can energize your body, make you feel good, burn extra calories, eliminate sugary high-carb food cravings, and cleanse your system naturally.

Then, I added fresh lemon juice. Citrus lemon pairs well with the already sour-tart taste of apple cider vinegar. However, it is also high in an immune boosting vitamin C. So, in this way, you are able to capture some of the health benefits of vitamin C.
