Serving: 1 – 2 | Prep: 20 Mins | Cook: 20
1 c. Cooked Seasoned Ground Beef
2-3 c. Chopped Iceberg Lettuce

1/4 c. Diced Roma Tomato
1/4 c. Chopped Dill Pickles
1 Tbsp. Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Mustard

- I seasoned the ground beef with seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Using a large plate, spread about 2 – 3 cups of chopped iceberg lettuce evenly across the center of the plate.
- Next, add warm cooked ground beef.
- For your next layer, add the mild cheddar cheese.
- Then, add diced tomatoes and diced pickles.
- And finally, add ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Once you have your ground meat seasoned and on the stove, wash your hands before you prepare and plate the remaining salad ingredients. Once the meat is cooked well, you can drain the excess fat before adding it to the salad. In this ways, you can save some time.
