Bread:

  • 1 c. Almond Flour Heaping
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Salted Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil (Optional)
  • 1/2 c. Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp. Jalapenos (Jar, Minced)

Toppings:

  • 2 slices Black Forest Ham (Chopped)
  • Jalapenos (Minced)
  • Mild Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: 400 degrees
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, and shredded mild cheddar cheese to a mixing bowl. Stir until the ingredients are well-blended.
  • Next, add softened cream cheese, butter, coconut oil, egg, and jalapenos. Stir until the mixture becomes a paste.
  • Add one tablespoon of almond flour to make it less sticky.
  • Use a sheet of parchment paper to cover a cookie sheet.
  • Place 6 small dough balls on the sheet. Using another sheet of parchment paper, flatten until about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Add toppings and then place in oven to bake for about 15 minutes until the dough starts to brown.
