I used frozen broccoli but freshly minced garlic to capture the best garlicky taste. Then, a creamy salted butter was used to cook and bring all the three flavors together. But for a garlic butter broccoli recipe, the butter is a key ingredient. The butter will contribute to a buttery and salty taste. So, I did not add any additional salt to the plate that I ate.
