Keto Breakfast Cookbook
By Lyn Nicks
This keto breakfast cookbook is filled with some of my favorite low carb breakfast recipes! This particular cookbook includes a variety of very filling keto bread recipes that you can enjoy for breakfast. Some of the keto bread recipes make about half a dozen biscuits or kolaches. Therefore, you can make them ahead of time to store in the refrigerator for a quick low carb breakfast on-the-go.

One of the earlier challenges of being on a low carb diet or keto diet is finding a good traditional low carb breakfast. Then, once a person discovers what they can eat, many people often eat the same thing over and over again until they are sick of it. Then, some may start skipping breakfast all together. They do so because, historically, a low carb breakfast has limited what you can eat. Because of this, I wrote a keto breakfast cookbook to help make the transition to a low carb diet or keto diet easier!
This keto breakfast cookbook will make you feel like you are not even on a diet! Not to mention a strict low carb diet. To me, the breads taste just as good and in some cases better than their flour-based versions.
“Budget-Friendly”
Most of the recipes are made with almond flour. So right away it saves you money because you do not have to experiment with your high-quality low carb flour ingredients. In addition, this low carb breakfast cookbook is budget-friendly because many of the recipes use the same key ingredients. In this way, you can easily make and enjoy a different keto-friendly low carb breakfast for each day of the week.
“Keto-Friendly & Diabetic-Friendly”
When making half a dozen keto breakfast breads, the almond flour will contribute only about 3 grams of carbohydrates per serving and only 1 gram of net carbs. Therefore, people who are on a diabetic diet or on a keto diet can easily enjoy the low carb breads without spiking their blood sugar levels. You are invited to learn more about almond flour health benefits. In this way, you can see how these keto breakfast breads are much healthier alternatives to traditional flour.

I just did the stuffed chicken biscuit. I´m surprised how tasty it is and does not look like an omelet (different from most low carb recipes I tried)! For me looks like a delicious pie. I’ll try the other book’s recipes soon.
