  • 1 lb. Ground Chicken
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 c. Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Minced, Jar
  • 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Eggs


  • Preheat Oven: 400
  • Start by placing the ground chicken in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Then add the cheese, garlic, onion powder and salt. Stir well until a chicken paste has formed.
  • Next, stir the eggs in well.
  • Line a pizza pan with parchment paper. Pour the ground meat mixture into the center.
  • Use the fork or spoon to flatten the chicken crust out evenly.
  • Place the pizza pan in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and add your desired topping!
