Low Carb Chicken Cabbage Recipe
This is a simple low carb chicken cabbage recipe that I made a few days ago. I had left over rotisserie chicken, so I used it to add a mild chicken broth flavor to the cabbage. If you keep the heat on medium-high while stirring occasionally, it is pretty hard to mess this up.
It really is an easy sauteed chicken cabbage recipe.

Cabbage does an excellent job of lowering blood sugar levels, blood cholesterol levels, and blood pressure levels assuming excess salt, fat, and sugar are not added. Cabbage is a low carb vegetable with an excellent prebiotic fiber that is known to improve overall gut health. Therefore, cabbage is an excellent low carb side dish for people with high blood sugar, high blood pressure, or candida yeast problems.

Chicken Cabbage Recipe
1 C. Chopped Cabbage
1/2 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 c. Distilled Water
1 Chopped Green Onion
Dash of Mediterranean Sea Salt (optional)
1/4 C. Chopped Cooked Chicken (optional)
- Place everything in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Gently stir and then cover with a lid.
- Stir every 4 – 5 minutes until the cabbage is to your liking.
- Remove from heat and enjoy with your meal.
