Fresh or frozen, this low carb brussel sprouts recipe is super delicious and easy to make! And I must admit that brussel sprouts are not my favorite low carb vegetable to eat! So, you can be sure that this creamy low carb brussel sprouts recipe has a great combination of flavors.

I made this creamy low carb brussel sprouts recipe to eat as a meal. So, I added half a strip of cooked bacon and jumbo cooked shrimp to get some protein. However, you can make this as a simple low carb side dish as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 – 12 oz. Brussel Sprouts (Frozen Bag)
  • 1/2 c. Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1-2 Garlic (Sliced)
  • 1/2 Bacon Slice (Precooked)
  • 8 Large Shrimp (Precooked)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a medium skillet.
  • Stir and cover with a lid.
  • Stir the brussels sprouts a few times while cooking to make sure that the bacon, shrimp, and garlic flavors merge.
  • You can bring it to a light boil and then reduce the heat for it to simmer 7-10 minutes.
  • Cook this recipe until the brussels sprouts are tender.
  • You can add a little black pepper if you like.
