This low carb pizza recipe is a low carb, high fat recipe. Therefore, you will not have low carb munchies soon after eating this pizza. Pepperoni is a low carb meat, however, it is not a lean meat. Ingredients:
1 Small Pizza Crust (recipe)
1-2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
5 – 10 Pepperoni Slices
1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic
Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. Diced Jalapenos
1 tsp. Jalapeno Juice
1/2 c. Shredded Pizza Cheese or Mozzarella & Parmesan
Preparation:
- Place cooked pizza crust on a pizza pan or cookie sheet.
- Preheat oven.
- Mix tomato paste, jalapeno juice, cayenne pepper, and garlic in small microwave safe bowl.
- Heat mixture for 20 – 30 seconds or until warm.
- Spread tomato paste across pizza crust.
- Add pepperoni, cheese, and diced jalapeno.
- Bake until cheese melts and pizza toppings are warm.
- Enjoy this low carb pizza recipe while it is hot.

This is a really easy low carb pizza recipe. I like my pepperoni pizza recipe to be a little spicy. However, you can easily adapt the recipe to make a regular pepperoni pizza. Simply omit the spicy ingredients! Then use a little water to thin out the paste instead of jalapeno juice.
