Low Carb Pumpkin Spice Everything…

I cannot speak for everyone, but when Fall arrives, my palate is ready for some low carb pumpkin spice everything! However, if you too find yourself conditioned to wanting low carb pumpkin stuff in the cooler months, it is likely not the pumpkin that you want. It is the low carb pumpkin spice health benefits that you are looking forward to getting!

Pumpkin spice actually makes us feel good! : )

Being on a low carb diet is a way of life, not a diet. Therefore, it was quite fun finding all of the low carb pumpkin spice things we can enjoy on the  Low Carb Diet Life blog during the Fall and Winter months. So, let the fun begin.

1. Teas

Drinking low carb pumpkin spice tea is probably as easy and simple as it can get. Just warm up a cup of water using your favorite fall mug and enjoy some low carb pumpkin spice tea. Although a simple way to relax and warm up this Fall, you have a variety of low carb tea options in which to choose. Some of my favorite low carb tea brands are The Republic of Tea, Tazo Chai, Bigelow, Twining, and Stash. If you are adventurous and health conscience, you may prefer to try this Organic Pumpkin Spice Matcha Green Tea powder.

2. Coffees

The next best thing is low carb pumpkin spiced coffee. I found the Fall In Love With Fall (Pumpkin Spice) coffee grounds too cute to ignore. I am looking forward to trying this low carb pumpkin spice flavored coffee. However, I provided you with a few different options below. After brewing a pot, you can add a sugar-free vanilla creamer to balance out the pumpkin spice flavors. Although, sugar-free hazelnut creamer will also likely add an interesting twist.

You can click the images to order the low carb pumpkin spice coffee grounds. Use the following links to get the related available Coffee Pods (K-Cups): Sweetie Pie, and Joe.

3. Nutpods Creamer

The Nutpods pumpkin spice creamer is a low carb almond and coconut milk creamer. Therefore, it does not have any milk sugars (lactose) that is commonly found in dairy milk. One tablespoon of the Nutpod Pumpkin Spice Creamer has 0 carbs, 0 fats and only 10 calories. Creamer is a nice alternative to drinking pumpkin spice coffee. Simply brew a regular pot or cup of coffee and add pumpkin spice creamer. For an added touch, you can top your low carb pumpkin creamer coffee with a tablespoon of light whipped cream. And then, you can sprinkle it with a little more pumpkin spice.

4. Pepita Seeds

Low carb pumpkin is a squash with an abundance of edible seeds. Therefore, once you have finished preparing a fresh low carb pumpkin recipe you can roast the low carb pumpkin seeds (pepitas). However, if you are not that dedicated to making a fresh low carb pumpkin recipe, you can always buy a variety of low carb pumpkin seed snacks. If you purchase Shelled Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds, they make great low carb low sodium snacks. Alternatively, you can get Organic Lightly Salted Pumpkin Seeds. I also discovered pumpkin spiced pumpkin seeds! However, they have added sugar. Therefore, if used, use them as a sugar substitute in some of your low carb pumpkin bread or cookie recipes.

5. White Chocolate Bark

This is a diabetic, high-blood pressure, keto-friendly chocolate bark. The pumpkin spice white chocolate bark is high-protein, high fiber, and has no added sugars. It is naturally sweetened with strawberries. Therefore, each serving has 7 g fiber and only 3 g sugar. Fiber helps our body metabolize sugar (and salt) better than it can without the fiber. Therefore, fiber reduces our net carb intake. Nevertheless, I will likely eat less than a serving size to fit my personal low carb diet needs.

6. Grain-Free Granola

This Low Carb Pumpkin Spice grain-free granola mix makes an excellent low carb low sodium snack. The granola has 0mg sodium and 7g carbs per serving. The mix is a combination of nuts, coconut flakes, vanilla, spices, and honey.

7. Chia Seeds

If you are familiar with the health benefits of chia seeds, there is a chia seed pumpkin spice blend. Chia seeds are gelatinous energy-rich seeds. Often people add them to their yogurts or drinks. This blend sounds like a great blend to add to a cup of low carb Greek yogurt!

8. Greek Yogurt

Low carb pumpkin spice yogurt is my favorite low carb pumpkin snack! The Dannon Light and Fit brand of low carb Greek yogurt is very tasting and filling! It makes me feel like I just ate a piece of pumpkin pie. In fact, I may be whipping up a low carb pie crust to go with my next cup of low carb pumpkin spice yogurt. You cannot order it from Amazon Fresh, but you can have it delivered from a local grocery store using Shipt.

9. Cookies

And last but not least, you may enjoy some low carb pumpkin spice dessert recipes. You can start with our low carb pumpkin spice cookies recipe. It is a simple low carb pumpkin spice recipe.

Conclusion

The Fall and Winter weather makes this my favorite time of year! I feel more energetic, happy, and alert with the crisp cool, cold, and frigid breeze in the air.
